 Spent the weekend up in Whistler shooting photos of the party , on and off the mountain. Check out push.ca for all the details. A really fun weekend, a big thanks to Michelle Leroux from Whistler mtn for hooking me up this beautiful place to stay (The whistler blackcomb dream house) and for filling the fridge with endless beers, lift tickets and much more.

Just got back a bunch of photos from when my parents came over from the East. I think I might try and put together a little book of sorts as I have about 15 years of photos. Love these two from when they were here last week, always happy.

Contact Sheets

There's something missing with digital compared to film contact sheets. I could look through photographers contact sheets all day, just seeing what they shot and how many photos of each subject they shot before they got a good one. Also you get to see in order the day, event , or where the camera was. Here's a few b&w's I got back from my old Nikon.

A hard day at the office

  Last wednesday I had the luck of shooting backstage and frontrow to the Kwantlen University Fashion show at the River Rock Theatre. There wasn't an empty seat in the place.  Thanks to Benny and Dave for setting it up, the after party was a blast.

Just got one in my hands and it came out great. It's always a bit nerve racking to see the finished product on something you've worked so hard for. The party is over!

Well my parents were here for a few weeks and stayed with me, good times, great times. Now that the party is over it's time to get back to real life. Just thought I'd post a few pics from the weekend, Partying with a few friends the other  night.

Chris Haslam was in town for a few days, expect some skate photos soon.

Nate Roline stuck on a tail slide which meant a board to my face. Check out how close it came on the right side frame. It almost broke my fish  eye and my head.
